READ FULL DESCRIPTION BEFORE BIDDING This is a 2006 VW Beetle that is a MECHANIC SPECIAL with CLEAN TITLE AND CLEAN CARFAX The transmission just started acting up. It seems like it slips going from 1st to 2nd only when its about 90 outside and after driving for about an hour. <------OTHER THAN THIS IT DRIVES EXCELLENT When I say slip it just takes a little longer for it to shift than it should. The mechanic said the car could go another 100,000 miles exactly how it is or it could break completely tomorrow. He also said an external transmission cooler could fix the problem all together. I got a new car so I'm selling it AS-IS. The body and paint are in great condition, as you can see in the photos. The front bumper is cracked though and will need replaced. The interior is a little rough. The headliner is falling down ($100 fix from any upholstery shop), The drivers seat has some wear in the leather, The arm rest top is broken off, and the passenger seat belt clip is broken. The tires and brakes are brand new. It's a nice little car besides the transmission slipping a little bit like I described above and the interior needing a little TLC.
