We offer an extended warranty and a no question ask buy back program (please see details) on every vehicle.The listed vehicle may or may not be located at our physical location for test drive please contact the person listed above for details. Vehicle Title and Registration Please review your State requirements for registering Salvage title vehicles before placing your bid. States vary in their titling requirements for Salvage Title vehicles we provide the following documents on purchase: Bill of Sale, *Certificate of Title, Delivery Receipt, Disclosure of Extended Warranty and Notice of Vehicle Acceptance. Vehicle Shipping and Transportation We do not specialize in shipping or transportation of automobiles. We can provide assistance in helping w/the shipping details and arrangements of purchased vehicles. Vehicle and titles are shipped when your check or draft has cleared our bank (i.e. usually a 7-day process). Accepted Payments We accept the following forms of payment: Cashier's Check, Personal Check, Money Order, Wire Transfers, and Cash.Please be advised when paying by Cashier's Check, Money Order, or Personal Check we do not transfer title or possession of the vehicle until the item clears our bank. Refunds and Vehicle Return Program We do not provide refunds on accepted vehicles held in excess of 2-Days. We provide a refund of the deposit when the vehicle is not accepted by buyer at point of delivery. We offer a 2-Day no questions ask vehicle return program that entitle the buyer to a full refund of the deposit and remaining vehicle price upon the following conditions: 1) The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as purchased and a mandatory restocking fee of $180.00 is applied. 2) A rental fee of $89.00 is applied when the vehicle is returned in excess of 100 miles from the buyer's delivery mileage. 3) The vehicle deposit is returned w/in (10) business days from the date of the vehicles return.4) The vehicle may be inspected at the discretion of Bundy Auto Broker's at the cost of the returning buyer to determine the internal condition (i.e. diagnostic inspection) of the vehicle return program. Cancellation We reserve the right to cancel all vehicle listings prior to completion of the auction w/o any liability or obligation. We reserve the right to cancel a vehicle listing or vehicle offer, prior to receiving full payment: on mistake of sale, failure to broker the vehicle because of uncontrollable circumstance or extraordinary conditions preventing the vehicle acquisition. In cases of cancellation the buyer may recover 100% of the deposit and/or may elect to purchase an alternative vehicle maintained or brokered by Bundy Auto Broker's at its discretion. Legal Notice Bundy Auto Broker's sells all of its listed vehicles "AS-IS" unless otherwise stated and makes no implied or expressed warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, pursuant to the laws of the State Of Texas. We do provide buyer's the ability to purchase an extended warranty on all our listed vehicle.
