This car is in good condition, and there have been no other owners for this car. There are no liens on the car. It had one material accident recently, but this was completely repaired, and the car runs very well. Condition -I have tried to add photos to identify all scratches, dings, and hits on the car. As you can, the major item is the rear right bumper which is cracked and taped on due to a minor accident. This doesn't affect driving, but isn't aesthetically pretty. There are several scrapes on the rims all of which are pictured. There is a mild scrape right behind the left rear wheel. Also, there is a small circular ding on the roof, barely visible. Inside, the driver's side seat heater doesn't work, and the same is true for the automatic seatbelt delivery system. The car was smoke free the entire time. Features - All of the key features are listed above. This car has the Sports Package and AWD which are important. History - We purchased the car directly from Herb Chambers BMW in Sudbury (actually, it was Foreign Motors West before being acquired by Herb Chambers). It has continually been serviced with them since purchase, and there have been no other owners. We purchased an extended warranty after the 4 year/50000 miles factory warranty expired in 2012. Working on finding out when the extended warranty expires (and it is through BMW), but I believe it is either 2015 or 2016.
