This car was bought brand new & new owner lived in a Apt & worried about car getting stolen so he rented a garage across town & would take a taxi to go drive his car & when done take a taxi home! That's why low miles! He passes away & leaves to family & they had no where to put it & sold to a relative who kept for 20 years & paid storage fees! Story gets better in the 80s his house broken into & jewelry box which had keys was stolen so car never driven or started for years! He went to Pickers & told them about car & they bought it & right away sold to a good customer who then came down with health issues & sold to me!
