I'm selling my wife's one owner X-Type Jag. This beautiful, smoke free car was her pride and joy for more than ten years. She took delivery of her new car 6 months ago and wanted to keep the Jag "just in case". Its time to let this car go to its new owner. The car looks great inside and out with one noticeable door ding (see photos) and a couple of small paint chips on the edge of the hood. Other than that the exterior is very nice. No dents, scratches or rust.The interior is also very good, clean and no tears, rips, separations or smells. This car was professionally detailed every spring and it shows it.The tires have about 10K on them and you will see in the photos they are also in great shape. The wheels are nice with a small curb rash on one. Mechanically the car is solid. The five speed shifts smoothly and the clutch is solid (replaced at 100K) The check engine light comes on intermittently. The mechanic told us there is a code for a fuel injector that is setting it off. We didn't fix it because the car runs fine as is. The ABS light is also on. This is a common problem with these cars we are told. Usually a brake sensor. Again, the brakes work great so we left it alone.This is an old car after all. The car has average miles for its age but looks and runs great for its age. Still turns heads. Not perfect by any means but a great looking car that needs a a little TLC and a new home.
