Never Been Restored, Still Remains The Orignal Black Paint, Even The Wheel Paint! This Special Deluxe Coupe Is A True Time Capsule Purchased new In Downey, California & Remain In Los Angeles Its Until Life. Always Has Been Garaged & Covered. The Original Owner Parked It Years Ago Due To Old Age & Illness. He Passed Away Last Year & The Car Remain In The Garage. His Daughter Sold The Coupe To Her Good Friend October of 2014'. Plenty of service stickers to the door frame documenting the miles to be original. The body is straight as can be. Very solid they out including all the original panels/undercarriage. Always been a Black California Car & has a lot of older registrations to prove it. Super straight body, never to have been in a major accident. All original trim & chrome are still in good shape for its age. Most of the trim still has twist of the Red pinstripe. Appears even the glass is original, all the doors open & shut promptly. The Interior is complete (knobs,trim) with the original steering wheel & headliner. Was a factory Tan Striped Pile Fabric. The upholstery on the front chair, door panels & carpet has been replaced/covered. All Original trunk compartment. Looks to be the factory spare. Still has the original Numbers Matching 216 6 Cylinder 3 Speed On The Column. Appears never to have been out of the car or modified. Bone stock, unrestored engine compartment.
