Listed for sale is a very nice 1972 Buick Riviera.This is a very honest car.There is no rust because it had been undercoated by the woman that owned it years ago and then driven little by her over the following decades.The paint is original with just retouches here and there which are decent quality but far from perfect.There has not been any rust repair anywhere that I can find.The paint has nice shine but is old and not perfect with defects from age.Body has minor dings from usage.The chrome is not perfect but really nice driver quality.The vinyl top is beautiful.Glass is nice with maybe a scratch or two on side windows.The interior is about as nice as you will find with the only noticable flaw a small burn hole about the size of a match head on the rear driver side seat bottom.Dash is beautiful and un-cracked.Headliner is like new.The carpet shows some wear but not bad at all.The trunk is near perfect.The engine starts right up and idles properly and was tuned up when I purchased the car about a year and a half ago.The car drives like a dream and just glides down the road.The brakes work perfectly.The only other issues are non functioning gas gauge,small coolant leak from thermostat housing and water pump and a/c needs charge, I never used it.Stock factory am/fm stereo works but a speaker or two is not working.The exhaust had been replaced before I purchased the car. The car came with stock steel wheels and hubcaps.A picture of the hubcap is in the listing.These will be put back on the car with other good rubber.I AM KEEPING THE RALLY WHEELS AND TIRES THEY ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE AUCTION.The only reason I am selling this car is that I found another car that I had been searching for and something has to go.
