PRICE REDUCED!This is my 2003 VW Beetle with 70,619 miles and a 5 speed manual transmission. I have done a lot of upgrading to it and have about $6500 into it. It has a new timing belt at 64,000 for $600 not because of miles but because of age and didn't want it to break when I got it. It has a new AC system about 2500 miles ago at $1200, a new battery installed at the dealer for $225, fresh computer as the old one quit for $1000, CD changer that interfaces with the built in factory radio $100 and 3 remote keys for $250. All this means you should have trouble free driving for quite a while. Now some minor negatives. It has some decent seat covers as 2 of the seats have seams that need to be sewn, the paint could use a buffing to get it to shine better and the tires will need replacement in 20,000 miles or so. There is no rust anywhere and it drives at over 70 mph (easily more but that's the limit around our area) easily and is straight and true on the highway. It gets about 28 mpg, shifts great.
