1967 Pontiac Firebird 400 4 Speed Convertible If you are looking for a Firebird to tinker with in the garage, this car is not for you. If you are looking for a inexpensive Firebird to drive, this is not the car for you. However, if you are a discerning collector seeking a all original sheet metal, 100% numbers matching #2 investment grade 400 4 speed convertible, this car is for you. This car is a mixture of a survivor and a full restoration. The car was always a rust free car, with one high quality repaint in the cars correct Regimental Red as indicated via trim tag and PHS Documentation. The paint is flat as a pancake and straight as an arrow, there are a few tiny touched up chips, but...all in all, the paint is very strong. The original bumpers were triple chrome plated. The top is #1 Ivory as indicated on the trim tag. It was also replaced recently with new tack strips, pads, ect. The fit and finish of the top is excellent. The interior is largely original, in exceptional shape. The carpet is new, and the seats were reupholstered with new PUI parts. The rest of the brightwork and chrome is excellent on the car. The underside of the car is beautiful. Factory 400 traction bars, original regimental red overspray on the floor pans, ect. No rust, rot, or patches. All correct inspection markings, ect.
