Hi, you are looking at an Absolutely Beautiful 1957 Thunderbird Replica. This T-bird replica is the best ones I have ever seen and I have looked at many of them and I have even owned a Shay T-bird replica (they were 4 cylinder cars, Not this one!). This car has much more perfect proportions compared to others that I have seen, most of them being too short. I believe this is a Regal body, but I am not positive. When my friend parked his real 57 T-bird next to this one they looked unbelievably identical, except his body and paint was nowhere near as nice as this one, honestly ! The paint and body of this car is very high quality. It is very straight and the paint quality is actually better than most real ones (very glossy and smooth), with no body or paint cracking, which also shows how well this is built. It was painted years ago but you sure wouldn't guess that. One of nicest things also is that this car it TITLED as a 1957 FORD (from Wyoming) and because of that also qualifies for Super Inexpensive Collector Car Insurance, costs only about 200.00 per year !! This car is an absolute dream and a blast to drive and has many options that make it more enjoyable and reliable than a real one (and I have had 2 real ones). It has POWER Steering and POWER DISC Brakes, also a Tilt and Locking Steering Column. It has a Great Running Small Block Chevy V8 (with 4 Barrel !), perfect shifting transmission, great steering (and just freshly aligned) ,suspension and Disc brakes. It also has Headers and has the perfect sound that a 57 T-bird should, not too loud with just the perfect rumble. This car could easily out-handle an original 57 T-bird also. It has a Full Frame in Great Condition, so along with this fantastic fiberglass body and paint, this car will last much longer than a real one and Cant Rust !! The hood has its own interior latch and lifts-off for great engine access. All of the lights and turn signals and gauges work (gas gauge bounces up and down while driving but works good) and the speedometer is about 5mph off, but works fine.It also has an electric fan so it always stays cool in this Hot Florida Summer Heat. Also, one of the Very Best Things about this car is the Driver and Passenger INTERIOR ROOM . I am 6'4" tall and in an original 57 T-bird or in my Shay 55 T-bird replica I looked like Herman Munster driving with my eye even with the top of the windshield. That is NOT the case in this car. I fit and look like a Normal Person in this car with a LOT of leg and headroom. And getting in and out is very roomy and easy also (and don't forget it has a tilt steering wheel too). The seats also move forward fine for shorter drivers too. It has wipers, but needs a new wiper motor. It is not a car I ever drive in the rain anyway. This car truly is a more Modern and Comfortable car than the originals, but still has the dead-on looks of a Mint Condition Original one. You could drive it anywhere in comfort (and has a nice stereo to add to the enjoyment). Nobody EVER thinks that this is a replica when I take it out, you would HAVE to tell them.This T-bird also comes with a removable porthole hardtop (no side windows or soft top) with 4 easy bolts to install and has super nice black paint, but I put 2 good sized scratches (been touched up) on the hardtop while in my garage, oops. So, if you want a car that is going to give you Movie-Star Attention and is in this Incredible Condition that will last forever and cant rust and is super comfortable and reliable and it costs an Absolute TON of Money less than anybody would EVER think, then this is for you. You could NEVER build one like this for what I am selling it for. Everybody thinks this car is $50,000 to $100,000, they really do ! This car gets more attention than my 61 Corvette does. EVERYBODY is always yelling at you about how much they love the car, so it even has an AAHOOOOOGGAA Horn for you to respond with !! I can honestly say I believe that the new owner of this car will be absolutely Thrilled when they SEE and DRIVE this car and have more fun with it than they ever imagined.
