This classic muscle car belonged to a dear friend of mine who passed away. I am selling his beloved 1968 Pontiac Firebird convertible, for his widow. The only things I know about the car are all good. Everything my departed friend put into the car was top shelf. He was never one to scrimp on the things he loved and he loved this car! As you can see by the attached receipts, the new professionally installed “471 cu’ BIG BRUTE” engine was installed in 2005 and has perhaps 200-300 miles on it. The original car odometer shows a mere 62,450 miles. It’s always been stored in a garage and in only driven in ideal weather conditions. You’ll LOVE the sound of this engine!! It sounds and runs like a top fuel dragster even when idling! The manual convertible top and boot are also brand new. The body is in excellent condition, and shows no rust or sign of repair. The mag rims and tires are in new condition as well. In short, this ride has been tweaked in all the right places and should be ready for its proud new owner to enjoy. The way I see it, if someone buys this for the asking price, it’s like money in the bank. As you can see by the paperwork, the car has over $30,000 in new, professionally installed, parts and equipment and that’s just the new stuff! So, even at full price, its almost like getting the car for free!!!! The car is available for inspection upon request.
