This is my 1986 BMW 325e with 5 speed manual transmission. I've owned it for nearly 20 years and it's been a great car. I've tried to keep up on the maintenance and over the years I've replaced many parts; rack and pinion, alternator, battery is relatively new, front drivers wheel bearing (I have the other bearing that I didn't install) and a lot other stuff. It starts right up. Transmission and clutch are good. There are some issues however. The brakes and rotors need to be done. The brake line has failed in the rear and needs to be replaced. Master clutch hydrolic needs to be replaced, it's currently leaking. The rear rubber boots are cracked. There are the typical oil leaks. There seems to be some oil in the coolant but no water in the oil, so may need a head gasket. It's a project car. There is quit a bit of rust and really needs a good restoration. It comes with a Thule bike rack with keys and wind screen (a $300.00 option) and separate ski rack. It also comes with another set of snows on steel rims with hub caps. It has a cloth interior. The carpets are in good shape, the front seats however should be replaced. They don't pull forward there's something locked inside of them. The dash is in great shape, no cracks. The mileage says 123,000 but is not accurate. There's probably about 200,000+miles on it. The instrument cluster has been replaced but I do have the original and I have the original radio. It current has a Sony stereo. It's a car for some one who's familiar with them and knows how to work on them. I really wanted to restore it but I don't have the time. It can't be driven because of the brake line failure so would have to be hauled out. If you have any questions please ask. Please call me as well 860-693-8837.
