1969 Pontiac Custom S, one year only model between the tempest and lemans, separate from lemans and tempest but they didn't have this model to select for ebay ad, great for gto clone, when I went and looked at it I had never heard of it. Rare model, it's unmolested and untouched except for paint, one repaint which is presentable but average. 350 2 barell 350 turbo 76,000 miles. A/C, Runs and driver great. It was bought new in East Point Georgia at Smith-Johnson Pontiac on 4-2-69 for $3,350.00. It went to Kissimee Fl with the original owners for a while then they moved back to Georgia, eventually sold it to a neighbor, then the third owner bought it when he lived in Georgia and moved to missouri, so it's a 3 owner car. Lots of documentation Pre-delivery service and adjustment check sheet Receipt of payment Protect-o-plate Warranty book with original owners info on it Original application for tags and title Tag and title app for second owner Original inspection slip Florida registration 3rd owner registration Various receipts and insurance cards Original packet for info with original owners name and purchase date This car is almost rust free, the base of the rear window (filler panel)has been fixed before and is bubbling a little again, filler panel $70, the package tray is rusted in spots, $170, pull the glass and it's an easy fix, the rest of the top under the vinyl looks good, there is 2 holes smaller than a penny in the trunk, the pan is solid though, and 1 small spot on drivers floor see pics, the rest of floor pans, doors, rockers, quarters, inner and outer wheelhouses, trunk drops are all extremely solid with no rust. you will see a pic of cracked bondo on the passenger side quarter, if you look at the pic of the inside of that quarter you can see about a 12" minor crease that is what has bondo over it not rust and the crease is not that deep. The car looks to never have been wrecked or apart, you can still see where the outer wheelhouse and quarter overlap. It leaks a tiny bit of oil, has a small exhaust leak, the a/c clutch engages but doesn't blow cold probably low on freon. Items that work Speedometer Gas gauge Blower motor all speeds Head lights dim and bright Turn signals inside and out, they cancel when wheel is turned Cigarette lighter Radio Brake tail turn signals Dash lights Dome light Runs good no smoke engine looks like it's never been out, shifts good, drives fine on the highway, brakes work good when driving normal when you jump on them hard the left front grabs. 4 wheel manual drum brakes, power steering. The interior is what it is see pics. This car would make an awesome GTO clone.
