Spring has sprung, get ready for fun. Get a nice shiny red convertible for the occasion. The pictures are an accurate representation of the condition of the car overall. Starts right up no matter how long its been sitting. Runs well. We put full synthetic oil in it when we got it and have only added 1 quart between changes. Tires are at least 50% or better tread. The top is relatively new, has some minor fraying on couple of seams, should last a good long time. The interior is good to fair with a single crack on the dash and the seats are solid but sun faded in spots. Carpets are excellent. Carfax reports some incidents in its past (explaining the title) I only see one spot that was repaired in the trunk on the driver side. That repair has to be looked for to find it. The paint is very good with only minor edge lifting of some of the racing stripes on the trunk, not obvious unless your looking for them.Has the usual road rash nicks in the paint (very few). It got 30+ miles to a gallon when I checked last. AC is cold. It is a blast to drive, corners like a cat, and quick. The clutch is solid. It has an occasional catalic converter rattle (internal). Also the fan (heater a/c) switch is broken. Fan is alway on. I believe it is just the plastic knob is broken. Feel free to contact me and get a pre-inspection before the auction ends. The car is located south east of Charlotte NC just across the border south of Monroe NC. Since the insurance is off of it currently there will not be any LENGTHY joy rides. We and take it around the block no problem.
