This auction is for a beautiful 2000 Volvo S80 that has been very well maintained. I am the third owner of this vehicle. This car has all the comfort options of a luxury car including power windows, door locks, heated seats, power sun roof, cruise control, dual heat zone, power seats with memory position, leather interior, excellent Michelin Energy Tires with great tread left. This car is in need of some repair to the engine. My mechanic says that the #2 cylinder has lost compression due to a bad exhaust valve in the head. He said the head needs replaced or rebuilt. The car does run, but runs rough and has a lot less power. I would not recommend driving it much until the repair is made to avoid further damage. Most of the miles on this car have been highway miles. I was getting 30+ miles to a gallon on the highway. There is a chip in the wind shield on driver's side as shown in photo. Non-smoking vehicle. As the pictures show, this is a very clean car. I am choosing to sell this as I do not need the extra vehicle. The right person could repair this car or choose to use/sell many of the good parts on this car. This car does have 355,000 miles but the timing belt was changed every 100,000 miles, the last time being at 336,000. I am selling this as a local pickup and will not arrange shipping.
