Here's a chance to own a rare bike at a reasonable price and fix it your way, My unfinished project lots more to do, I cannot anymore Up for Auction a 1973 X75 Triumph Hurricane matching frame/engine numbers, Motor turns over has compression, tires hold air, speedo/tach were sourced after I got it so mileage is unknown, Bike was in a garage in 1981 with many parts missing, I got it and sorted out the title (Indiana) and gathered parts, Assorted new and used parts, Tank unit, Seat, Fenders, Coil brackets, Oil cooler/reflectors etc, Kickstart, Brake pedal, Riders footrests, Air filter(new), plus assorted springs and bolts spacers from old Triumph shops in London and around the UK on a trip in 1984/5, Boy the airline people freaked when they opened my shipping trunk to check contents needs a Wiring loom the front piece from headlight, needs New oil lines and Brackets for oil cooler not the same as T150 have the nuts/bolts rubber mounting pieces, this is unfinished lots to do yet, The rear fender chrome has blistered on rear will include better pics soon, The Handle bars are new off ebay, have a parts book for researching parts, The cracks on triple trees are surface should be weldable Who ever wins will pay $500.00 deposit and send a cashiers check for the remaining amount to me, Address will be supplied. BIKE WILL NOT BE RELEASED until I have cash in my grubby paws, Auction winner will be responsible for Their own Collection and Transport or can be collected personally. I will be adding extra pics later of ALL included in listing, There appears to be some misunderstanding with folk as to the list of parts as new, It is in fact a list of what was missing when I got the bike, With the extra pics I will define what is new and what is shown is as included, SORRY FOR ANY CONFUSION On Feb-23-15 at 13:02:04 PST, seller added the following information: NOS PARTS, Ignition switch+2 keys, Steering lock+2 keys, Throttle cable, Air filter box complete, Gas cap, Points cover, Mounting hardware and rubber parts for oil cooler mounts (brackets included are grey paint rocket 3) Side stand spring, Oil line connect for head, Handlebars (old ones included see peeled chrome in pics), P clamps/bolts, Dip switch/horn control, Rear shock springs, Grab rail, Alloy steering damper rod and red badge, Coil brackets, Front fender, Rear fender(chrome has bubbled) see pics USED PARTS, Tank unit&seat was installed on a T140(yuk) Seat has rip in back, Seat rear orange tail piece, Oil cooler(was on a T140) Oil cooler braided lines, oil line external spring protector, see pics, I had an unknown Bsa center stand extended and it fits quite nicely Probably lots of other bits I have forgotten over the years but were correct, the bike had been badly stripped of parts, will need a main wiring loom, Bike is sold as you see it No warranty or guarantees implied, Ask questions , I will answer to the best of my knowledge On Feb-25-15 at 04:28:50 PST, seller added the following information: Tank and seat are just in place for pics no mounting hardware or brackets, also grab rail is just resting in place, will be secured for transport with packing wrap, as will extra parts so as not to get separated while shipping etc ignition switch, steering lock, points cover, air filter, installed that's why they are not in last 3 pics of parts !
