It has been in the same family for over 20 years and it has 78K original miles. It still has the original plate from 1947. This truck has never given me an issue starting right up and running very well. You can barely hear it idle it runs so quiet and smooth free of any smoke. To my knowledge everything on the truck works as it should. The transmission is unsynchronized and takes some getting familiar with it’s shift points/pattern. Each gear seems to have a sweet spot to shift into and out of. The paint is older but looks very very nice. A nice feature of this truck is the crank out windshield. I recently had it buffed out and it came out great. It appears to have an aftermarket KNOX pickup bed, which I have no history on. I would rate this PU a strong 7.5/10 and it is totally free of any rust and bubbling. The hood ornament and trim on the hood is a little pitted but still shiny. The undercarriage is totally rust free and was painted at one time, which has held up excellent. You can crawl on top and underneath this truck and not find a lick of rust or rot. The truck runs and drives very well and brakes pretty easily. The tires are an original style whitewall that are in nice shape.
