This is a really cool chevelle, built to drive and enjoy with all of the performance and looks you would like from a 65 Chevelle, but with modern handling and overdrive to make it enjoyable It has been rebuilt with modern driving performance in mind. The lowered Hotchkis suspension combined with the new Hotchkis rear upper and lower control arms , drop spindles, new geometry front upper control arms, and front disc brakes completely changed the boat like handling of the 60's to modern day levels. It rides well, yet corners like its on rails. The original numbers matching 327 was rebuilt with a performance cam, new heads, headers and carb, it runs strong, you can understand where all of the 327 legends came from after driving a fresh, well set up 327 like this. We installed a fresh 700r4 to benefit the driver with a modern overdrive automatic transmission, to go with the modern suspension. We added a B&M shifter, looks and works well. The interior is in great shape, stock replacement carpet and interior as it is too nice of shape to be original.. It does have front buckets too.... We added Torque thrusts with rear drag radials and super sport stripes If you want a fantastic car that is beautiful, built to drive, and still looks good without having to mortgage your house, this is it! We will also throw in the original 4 speed Saginaw that came in it.
