Up for sale is a 1960 MGA that is the perfect candidate for show quality restoration or a good driver by early spring. This is a rare one owner MG with its original 1960 issued Texas title. The MGA was last driven in 1979 and then stored for the last 36 years. This MGA is an amazing time capsule that is all factory original parts with no modifications, it even has its original excellent condition Tonneau cover, spar tire cover, package area cover, convertible top and frame, Plexiglas side curtains, Plexiglas wind wings, rare tool kit, jack, spare and a box of restoration parts. It is totally complete except for one head light trim ring. I have gone over the car and it has no rust or any signs of an accident or filler. The body lines and panels are totally straight, but the red lacquer paint is flacking. It has good chrome with some pitting and the underside and the suspension of the car looks incredible clean and in order just like the top side. The car has not seen the sun in a very long time, so the interior parts, gauges and knobs look amazing and shows very little ware. There is a crack in the windshield and all the cars system will need to be gone through including the engine, that will possible need to be rebuilt. The car comes with all its records and receipts from new, original issued Texas Title, memorabilia, manuals, books and a racing safety book autographed by Kenny Bell.
