Vehicle Detail
2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee LTD with the 5.7L Hemi and auto/manual transmission in great condition. I've owned this for 6 years and it is a great SUV and still has all the pick up and ride comfort you could ever want. Loaded: Power window, locks, seats, mirrors, traction control, cruise control, dual heat/AC control, AM/FM/6 disk CD player, moon roof, tow package, dark tinted front & rear windows, dual dc outlets, tilt steering, adjustable pedals and more. The cockpit has been updated with a real wood and leather Overland steering wheel and simulated wood dash trim package. Pictures show how good it looks.I use to travel often in my job and the mileage is 90% highway miles. The Jeep runs well, doesn't use or leak oil (has always had Castrol Syntec) and I have done or had done all maintenance as required. Selling because we have a new vehicle and we don't need 3!It is a great SUV. If I was keeping, I'd correct the following issues: passenger door does not lock (I could fix if I had time but I don't right now); drives seat has no power (again, I could fix...); oil sensor needs replacing (haven't had this done because I check my oil every 3 or 4 fill ups). It is in really fine condition but the drivers seat does show signs of wear and has some paint spots on it (didn't realize I had it on my pants when I got it!) and that is pictured. Exterior paint is not faded or worn and looks really good. There is one place on the front and rear bumper where my son didn't do to well at parking. Bumper if fine but you can tell he bumped something. I had an estimate done by my auto shop: Oil sensor $107.32; Driver seat $190.00; Passenger door lock $142.50. Total estimate $439.82.Tires are Goodyear Fortera and are almost brand new. You should get at least 40k miles out of them and they offer fantastic traction control and a quiet ride. The transmission Jeep put in these is automatic but allows you to shift manually by pushing the shifter to the left or right. It's a very quick SUV!!The KBB shows it's value at just over $7000. My price is taking into consideration the few things that a buyer would have to pay to have fixed if they didn't do it themselves. I am looking seriously at all offers (it is listed elsewhere as well as where it will be parked sometimes). It will sell quickly as it's a great value. While not perfect, it is in fantastic condition for a 10 year old vehicle and will be a great buy for the right owner. Hopefully, you've got a true picture of the value from my description and photos. It has never been up north and I have only used the tow package once. If you have any questions, feel free to email me and I'll get back to you as soon as possible. Check my feedback... I do my best to show an honest and good description so buy with confidence! Thanks for considering!
