This vintage 1965 T100SC Triumph 500 is in original unmolested condition and has been in the previous owners family since new. It is the "single-carb, competition" model, which I have been told is rare. It has been sitting for a number of years, but turns over and shifts through the gears smoothly. Before it was stored in the garage it was sprayed with a protective lubricant. The motor is original and the engine numbers match the frame. Notable original items on this bike include the original dent-less gas and oil tanks with original paint, the Triumph badges are original as well, original handlebars, levers and perches, original Siamese 2 into 1 exhaust and muffler, original Dunlop rims and alloy fenders etc. The paint on the frame is original as well, all painted parts would clean up nicely. Tires are original Dunlop as the bike has 8,700 miles from new. This bike would be a fabulous example to restore to concours condition or clean up for an incredible original weekend rider. It is an original West Coast bike, been in California since new, it even has its original black California License Plate. Just to clarify, the bike has not been repainted at any time. I have been told that this model is as rare as a TR6SC or a Bonneville TT. The original skid plate is on the bike.I do not have a Title for the bike, but I could get one if needed.More photographs are available, if requested.
