I witnessed a Mercury Mariner trying to get out of it's parking space as I was walking back to my car and it's exhaust tip made contact with the bumper. No police report was made because it was in a private parking lot. I turned it into their insurance company although the damage was minimal. I chose not to fix it as I wanted folks to see the extent of the damage with their own eyes.
