Up for auction is my 1971 Dodge Demon 340, 4 speed in stunning Plum Crazy - Non matching #'s I've owned the car for the last 8 years and purchased the car from a local who reconditioned it over the last several years. Real Demons are getting harder to find because of their 2 year model year availability. This is a great example of a nice driver quality Demon. 340 small block engine with A833 4 speed 8 3/4 rear with 3:23 gears: Edelbrock Carb, Power steering, factory manifolds, Centerforce clutch, 21/2 aluminized exhaust, Dynomax turbo mufflers, factory style chrome exhaust tips, mild camshaft, double roller timing chain, ARP internal hardware, factory crank, rods, balancer, and flywheel (resurfaced). Heads were remanufactured to factory spec's. Rebuilt engine has approximately 7500 miles on rebuild. Black bucket seat interior with new legendary covers, carpet, door panels, headliner, and visors. Ralley dash with factory Demon steering wheel, am radio, and new pistol grip shifter, new wheel lip moldings, Factory Demon side and rear stripes. Freshly painted go wing, hood scoops with new 340 emblems and chin spoiler, OE restored air cleaner lid, stainless trim is all in great shape, glass is original with the exception of the windshield, grille is perfect, bumpers are new, trunk mat is in tact, all lights work, gauges are original and operational. Disk brakes, freshly chromed bumpers, new rear leaf springs Frame rails are perfect, trunk floor is flawless, very solid Demon that contains all of it's original sheet metal. Cragar SS wheels (small bolt pattern) with BFG Radial TA tires in great shape. The body has a few bubbles coming thru on the drivers side door bottom, trunk extension, and rocket panel where the rocker meets the factory quarter panel seem. An estimate from a local body shot was $700 to repair. Great cruiser and something you can drive anywhere.
