Reasons below: (only cosmetic)1- Trip display on top of CD changer has a black circle dot in middle. Very common on these vehicles (google it). You can replace it with a used one for $150 on ebay. Only thing it is not going to let you see is part of the ambient weather temperature outside.2- Dent/scuff on passenger side rear door and quarter panel. Not too bad but it's there. Doesn't affect how the door opens/closes. Doesn't leak. A body guy estimated it $700 to fix it.3- Some scratches on rear bumper. (looks like a parking lot hit). And some scratches on rear bumper.WAY below book. Again, no mechanical issues. If you can live with these issues this is the car for you.
