I have a nice 1976 Cadillac Coupe Deville for sale. This car has sat for the last 4 years. I decided to get it moving again and wanted to repaint it and bring it back to life but I'm running short on time. The car has new spark plugs, wires, cap and rotor. Tires are about 9 months old. This Caddy has 96,400 miles on it and has all of the original drivetrain still intact and everything works as it should. The transmission shifts great with no flaws. The 500 V8 starts up with no issues and runs great. The car rides nice and smooth down the road. There is some play in the steering wheel and I'm sure it needs an alignment to fix the issue. The driver's caliper sticks for a quick second periodically while first applying the brakes. It's not a big issue just noticeable. The car was my daily driver during the summer once I got it out of storage. I had no issues at all. The only reason that I'm selling it is I'm running out of storage space and time to fix the body. It has minor rust issues around the trunk and top (see pics). The paint is very glossy and the car is 90% rust free. The tires are in good shape with lots of tread and no leaks. The fender skirts are in really good condition as well as the quarter extensions (known issue with the older Caddy). The chrome is clean and rust free. The grille could use refinishing if desired. All of the lights work on the car. Power windows, locks and dual power seats work great. The heat is hot. The car has air conditioning but it needs recharged. The factory 8-track is still in the dash but not connected up. There is an aftermarket Panasonic CD player installed on the floor that works. Factory cruise works. This car would make a nice and fairly easy restore project for the winter. It is mechanically sound and only needs cosmetics. This is a NO RESERVE auction with the last bid winning the car.
