Vehicle Detail
I bought this car from a guy who's paint shop was shutting down. He had just gotten the car painted but was unable to finish it. When I bought it from him, a few parts were missing and after a year I have managed to acquire all the missing pieces and then some. The car is 110% complete: Literally. I have about 5 extra hub caps, extra trim, handles, window switches, etc. Even comes with a rare uncracked set of parade boot covers for the convertible top and a set of reproduction decals for the engine bay. The only thing the car needs is the interior reupholstered and the hydraulics for the top. She runs and drives just fine, but it is still a 40+ year old car. Motor is mint and battery is brand new. I wanted to really finish her, but have to move to Denver and can't take her with me. Nada Book on these is great shape is anywhere from 16k at the very low end to 75k at the high end. 1 of only 922 EVER MADE - Last year of the push button transmission. Same model driven by Don Draper in AMC's Mad Men I can cover transportation within 100 miles of SacramentoOn Nov-20-14 at 08:24:00 PST, seller added the following information: I was contacted by the previous owner who had this to say: " Just a little info regarding this car. I owned it for 20 years, from 1992 to 2012. I bought it while living in Seattle and took it to Albany, Oregon in 1993. It always drove but the transmission needed rebuilding; I had it done at Keizer Transmission in Salem, Oregon. I had the brakes and exhaust replaced at Albany Wheel & Exhaust; wasn't cheap."
