1972 Ford F-100 High Boy 4x4 This is a bad ass truck. Factory LIFTED BIG BLOCK. Truck is a 4x4 (YES 4x4 works) Ford 400 V8(78) strong running monster. Loves to eat hills and mud and drives like a champ. If you know your trucks you know the high boy V-8 combination is VERY RARE. This is not just some junked up old farm truck its def got some collector value no question. I have done a lot of work to the truck but need to start selling some projects to finance my Indian motorcycle restoration. There is over $4,500 in parts put into this truck already and I am including boxes of new/used parts to go with it. Points still needing resto: The body panels. See pictures I tried to be extremely open/truthful with these pictures any questions please feel free to ask. There are some rust spots but none of them are beyond fixing and the dings and dents are minor for a truck this old. The worst spots are in the engine bay and on the lower door panels. The truck is flat black with the top red. (truck looks shiny in the pictures its just the rain). The interior: There is a Ford expedition seat in it right now, but I have the original seat in good condition and it will be included with the sale I just use the expi seat to drive around while I re welded the floor pans on both sides. The front shocks/springs are included in the sale I just haven't had time to install them yet. There is a brand new set of valve covers and weather stripping and more parts see pictures. I'm selling to the highest bidder NO RESERVE so bring me your best take home this amazing truck. Here is just some of the work that's been done thus far: Replaced all the drums and discs on the front and back including all springs and hardware Replaced the brake booster and master cylinder Replaced all brake lines Performed a tune up and all plugs and wires Replaced the 2 front stabilizers Replaced the front drag link Replaced front tie rod Replaced all rear shocks Replaced both floor pans Replaced all cab supports Installed a 3" body lift kit New composite bed liner Disassembled the doors and lubed all of the mechanisms to working condition Just performed an oil change about 1,000 miles ago Ready to drive. Runs strong. It has a 78 Ford 400 motor. Starts right up every time. Granny gear low with 3 behind it. 33" tires with a factory lift with a 3" body lift on top of the factory lift. Hate to see it go. Look around on here and you will see these trucks go for serious money (Beyond 15k when totally done). It has a head start of over 4k in parts alone. My loss is your gain I just need to get the money into the Indian before winter hits. Winner is responsible for pick up/shipping and all sales are final and truck is being sold as is.
