1978 Chevy Cheyenne Big 10 SWB with original Paint! Recently built goodwrench 350 with Vortec 350 heads, new heater core, hoses, belts, water pump, fuel pump, engine and transmission mounts. Mechanically sound would drive across the country no problems. Both fuel tanks work. Fuel gauges are hit and miss but all other gauges work. Factory style tach and vacuum gauge where clock normally goes. White face gauges, new upholstery on seat and carpet. Dash has 2 tiny cracks where the speaker grill is but hardly noticeable. The truck has never been repainted you can still see part numbers stamped into the body panel on the truck box. hood is in primer because the sun caused the paint to burn off and it was starting to surface rust like you can see on the tops of the fenders. Body has dents and dings all over worst dent is on left rear side of box which you should be able to see in the picture and the cab top has a couple dents and small hole where someone had mounted a cb antenna. There is no rust holes on this truck, it is about as solid as they come and nothing hidden because its original paint! The drivers door needs new pins which I will include with the sale. The drivers side door rubs near the seal plate because the hinge is worn so the paint has rubbed off in that spot which shows surface rust for that reason but nothing bad at all. Engine has a nice crane 272 cam with 1.52 roller tip rockers weiand street warrior vortec intake and holley 650 vac secondary carb. The exhaust is about a year old, true dual exhaust with flowmaster super 44's. Have everything for the A/C including new hoses, expansion valve, and O ring kit. Still needs new compressor and receiver dryer but all the old parts including brackets come with the truck. other parts going with it is a solid back glass and GM window seal, new black poly suspension bushing kit, brackets to install rear disk brakes with 93-97 f-body rear calipers, caprice rotors, disk/disk proportioning valve and 78 vette master cylinder. If I remember what else I have I will update the add. Truck is currently located in Fairfield California near Sacramento so if you need me to get to a shipper in Sacramento I can help with that. Truck has a clear Washington Title but wont pass California emissions because there is no emissions equipment on the truck. If you have any questions please ask. I also have new hoses for the front calipers that will come with the truck as well. To clarify on each side of the bed behind the exhaust outlets there is a faint line of surface rust and a bolt hole from the previous owner having a step bumper on the truck. Again its just surface rust and nothing bad I have about 79 pictures of the truck and if you give me an email I will send the pics upon request. Thanks
