Do NOT bid if you have any negative feedback. Do NOT bid if you have less than 25 positive ebay transactions. This a NO RESERVE auction. Highest bid wins the car. 1968 Oldsmobile Delmont 88 4 Door Hardtop (No Post). 455 2 bbl engine. You can buy it for a parts car or restore. It starts, runs and drives. The interior is all original. No cracks on dash pad. I DO NOT know if the mileage is correct. The vinyl seats are in good condition for a car that is 46 years old. Replaced plugs, points, cap, rotor, wires, fuel pump, fuel filter. Carb has been completely rebuilt. The car has a new battery purchased @ O'Reilly Auto Parts on 9/22/14. The following stuff DOES NOT work OR needs repair. The gas gauge does NOT work. The air conditioner does NOT work. Sometimes the GEN and BRAKE light come on. When starting the engine when it is cold there is some lite blue smoke from tailpipe. The gas tank needs cleaning / restored. The car is currently running on a 2 gallon gas can under the hood. The heater core is bypassed. Both the front and rear bumpers are damaged. It has the typical rust on the lower front fenders. It has the typical rust on both dog legs and lower rear quarter panels. The paint is oxidizing and fading. The radio does not work. The trunk floor has rust but I did not see any holes. It needs Febreze inside as it smells stale. Any questions, please contact me through ebay. On Oct-21-14 at 07:37:13 PDT, seller added the following information: The right front fender (SEE PHOTO) is dented behind the turn signal lens. On Oct-21-14 at 18:29:50 PDT, seller added the following information: The battery must be disconnected when not running the engine because the battery will go dead.
