Selling my beloved and ever-so-trusty Ford truck. Runs great, drives great, stops great. Recently made a camping trip with my wife to Mammoth cave, Kentucky. 4x4 works, transmission shifts smoothly, clutch is strong, new front pads and rotors installed about 200 miles ago. A/C compressor was replaced a year ago, blows cold. Tires have more than 50% of tread all around and don't have any issues. Suspension is good all around, parking brake works great. I bought this truck from the original owner about 4 years ago, I have known this truck since it rolled off the dealer lot. I am an ASE certified auto repair tech and have done a lot of work on it over the years. I have records for this truck that go back to new, roughly a 3/4" thick folder including the window sticker, etc. last year I installed a new trailer hitch, it is a Reese tow power hitch because the old one looked rusty. Trans is a five speed manual, kind of a rare combination, engine is a 4.6L, so fuel mileage on the highway is near 20's, city driving got me about 14-16mpg. It has opening back doors and a sliding glass window. Radio is aftermarket as well as the speakers, it has good sound for long trips. This truck has rusty lower rockers and a soft spot under the bed liner, tailpipe has some rot, but can be replaced for the cost of the pipe if you would like. This truck has been a northern Illinois truck it's whole life, It passed IL emissions without a problem and has never gone more than a week with a check engine light. Ever. I am selling this truck to pay for a transmission in my camper van. The title is in my name, it is a clear Illinois title. This truck is equipped with a trailer brake setup, I have never used it and the 7 pin round connector has rotted away. I have a 4 pin connector that functions fine. The most I have ever pulled with this truck was a Uhaul car carrier with a VW bug on the back, and in it's early life was used to transport a Camper downstate about half a dozen times.
