They don't make'em that elegant anymore. -- the first pic isn't ours (or yours soon?) but it can be like that, models not included -- This is what we're looking at. This beauty is standing in front of our house, a dream waiting to be perfected. That's why we added the new picture. Motor and transmission are perfect. A/C is ready for conversion (kit included). Headliner is perfect. Front seats need recovering, by sheepskin or otherwise. Rear seats are good. Michelin tires. Clearcoat is history, and there is some rear damage, but I have all parts to fix it, including tailight assembly and lenses. If we weren’t living in the mountains, I wouldn’t hesitate to fix it up myself. But it’s too slow for that, despite the extravagant ground clearance and float like suspension that would otherwise make it perfect for our rough road. The point is to find a worthy home where it is appreciated . . and I can go replace it with a less wonderful vehicle . . like a . . . pickup. Sigh.
