What can I say this is a California classic from the past! This would be a great tow behind for camping or a trip to Pismo Beach for some sand dune action. This example has a rebuilt 1600 dual port VW block engine with a stock size carb for smooth power and idle. The motor has only 250 miles and still needs 1st oil change at 500. The following items are new (2014) : Grant steering wheel, Tri-mil ceramic coated exhaust system, Carpet, Battery, Master cylinder, Wheel cylinders, Wheel bearings, Brake shoes, Chrome ebrake lever, Floor pan sheet metal, Horn, Complete wiring harness, Turn signals, Powder coating on original VW wheels,bumpers and rollbar, Chrome moon hub caps, Bosch generator/regulator, Fuel pump, Steel fuel line front to back, Accelerator cable, Clutch cable, Clutch disc and pressure plate, Throw out bearing and bushing, LED third brake light, Billet rear view and side view custom mirrors, Steering dampner, Tow bar with 2in ball size, Battery tender hookup leads, and rubber seal under windshield. Also of note the interior and exterior of any unpainted fiberglass is coated with rhino truck bed lining. The flexible brake supply lines are stainless steel braided.
