I have for sale a 1999 Ford Crown Victoria P71 EX EMA Car. The car has wear and tear and stickers left on it from the EMA. The Inside also has some wear and tear but is in good shape. The car has 90,000 miles on it. The car does not run because it needs a new starter and I have a working starter to put on it but I didn't put it on. The car will need to be towed. The rear bumper in the pictures is NOT included it was taken off and put on another car. The car is being sold AS-IS for parts or repair. The car has a clear title.
