1969 - Chevrolet Corvette Coupe I have owned this car for 15yrs. It had 54,000 miles on it when I bought it, so I have averaged about 1000 miles a year of driving. The car is in very good condition, but is not a full restoration. It runs very well and has had the transmission rebuilt (2000), shifter replaced (2000) and brakes/lines redone in stainless steel (1999), tires/shocks (1999). I installed after market chrome Corvette value covers. New emblems: "Corvette", "Stingray", and crossed flags (2001). The original shifter, and valve covers are kept and included. PA inspection was done in June 2014, the car has been kept current on inspections and in running condition since I've owned it. The car has a NUMBER MATCHING 350ci engine with 300hp, and is a 4 spd manual transmission. It has no power brakes and no power steering, this was a base model car with no frills options. A very fun car to drive, the 1969 has removable T-tops (I bought leather storage bags for the roof which are included in purchase), the rear window glass is also removable and stows away in the factory storage shelf. Interior trim, dash is all original. The car currently has an aftermarket steering wheel installed, but the original wheel has been kept and is included in purchase. The seat foam may be the original foam. The vinyl seats have some tears. The seats do need refurbished. They are functional, but the interior does stay dusty due to the age of seat foam and tears in the vinyl. Mechanically the car is very sound, a tune up was done in July 2014 which included a new starter, coil, electric choke, distributor cap/rotor/points, condenser, vacuum advance diafram, plug wires, plugs, line fuel filter, and carb fuel filter. Prefer buyers in the PA region, sales finalized in person only for title transfer, shipping(if needed) is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
