I am only selling this car because the original 1985 Renault Alliance I fell in love with 30 years ago has reentered my life!I bought this car about 3 years ago, and have really enjoyed it The current mileage is right around 80,000 (believed to be actual).If you can find a car of this year with better interior seats I would be surprised! The guy I bought this one from had a 1987 GTA that he like the seats from better. For most of it's life this car had the '87 seats in it, but before I bought it, he put the originals back in. They look as if they just came out of Kenosha!The top works great - never an issue (although it does have a small hole - currently covered with black tape - barely noticable!)Since I've had the car, I had the gas tank removed and resealed, as well as a new fuel pump (spent over a $1000 on that). I've also had the door panels, a few other panels, and the boot restained to match the original. I also had a custom bag made for the boot.The car still has original paint. It has some dings/dents but no rust that I am aware of. It is a 5 speed, 1.7L.I have always kept it in the garage, and believe that former owners have as well.In the summer I drive it to work on Fridays, and hop around town on the weekends. Never any problems.I do unhook the battery when not being driven, becuase it does seem to drain the battery if I leave it hooked up.I am in Shelbyville, KY (just outside of Louisville).
