All the mechanical and electronic systems have been checked and passed without any problems, there are NO warning lights illuminated on the instraments cluster. The engine and transmission are 100% Mechanically Sound, the smooth shifting 6 speed manual transmission has plenty of power from the 2.0L turbo diesel engine. The suspension works properly with no abnormal noises and the handling is good. The brakes bring this very nice wagon to a fast and quiet stop. The matching set of Continental tires have about 25/30% thread remaining in the front and 60-65% thread remaining in the rear. All the power options work properly, the climate control blows both cold and hot air. Stop by for a test-drive. Exterior Description The exterior is in Very NICE condition and looks very sporty in Red. Overall the paint is in very nice condition with a smooth and glossy surface and a mirror like shine. The overall condition of the body is very good with even body lines and smooth rust free panels. Under very close inspection you will find a few very light barley visible surface scratches a few very tiny barley visible door dings and some minor rock chips on the front of the car as you would expect to see with any car that is driven and consistent for the year and miles of this vehicle, these are very minor imperfections at best that I could not even get my camera to show them, and it does not take away from the overall nice condition of the vehicle. All the glass windows and mirrors are in nice condition no rock chips or cracks. The wheels are in very good condition with no curbing or scuff marks on them. Judging by the overall exterior condition it was kept in very good condition by the previous owner. Take a look at all the images very carefully and judge for yourself. Please note some of the pictures of the exterior have shadows on them and what may appear to be damage is in fact a shadow if it was some sort of damage I would of made note of it on the bottom of the picture. Interior Description The interior of this vehicle is in NICE condition. The leather seats are Very Clean and look to be in above average condition with very little if any wear evident for the year and miles of this vehicle, the drivers seat outer edge has some very minor cracking in the leather (SEE PHOTO) all other seating areas are free of cracks, rips or tears on the leather front to back. The carpets are Very Clean and look really nice and were always protected with mats. The dashboard is clean and has no stress cracks, I was amazed at the condition of the interior when I first saw this car I could not believe how well kept the interior was considering the year and miles of the car. 3 - Bidders who are planning on registering the vehicle in either NY or NJ are subject to local state sales taxes and registration fees associated with the purchase of the vehicle to be collected by the dealer, all other buyers are responsible to pay all taxes and registration fees at there local DMV. I will provide all the necessary paperwork that you will need to register the vehicle (bill of sale, title and title transfer documents).

4 - Buyer pays all shipping/delivery charges, seller will assist with transport of vehicle if needed. Those buyers who wish to drive the vehicle to there destination must provide a valid insurance ID CARD with the VIN # of the vehicle on it, at which point I will issue a transit plate free of charge
