Vehicle Detail
Own one of the most Iconic sports cars in the world......1997 F355 gate shift 6 speed, 33,000 miles. Just had its major service (New belts, plugs, tensioner bearings, fuel filter, alt rebuild etc $8000 Full engine out of car service) a few months ago. $7000 Tubi exhaust, new rear tires, convertible tan top, power windows and mirrors, custom clarion cd player and amp, this car doesn’t redline until 8500 rpm. this is the last Ferrari with the real F1 sound, she screams. Runs and drives like new. The car was in an accident, hit in front but it ran and drove with some body damage. I replaced the two fenders, two headlights, signals and front bumper, the car still has the original hood (It required no body work on the hood it still has two small dimples in it that can be popped out by a paintless dent guy I just haven’t had that done yet). Once the body work was complete I did an engine out major service on the car. Car has some cosmetic wear, top works up and down with override switch, passenger seat needs re-stitched on 2 seams but the leather is in good shape, no tears or rips. The paint and body is not perfect, scratches dings etc so If you want a perfect car they have them for 70K. If you want a car you can go out and enjoy, drive fast and look like you spent 100k, this is the car for you. I think the car is awesome, and everyone that sees it think the same, but some buyers want a perfect car for half price and you can’t make everyone happy, if you are serious, fly out and see the car, I will take you for a ride, I encourage it, that’s what I do when I buy stuff. Please don’t bid if you don’t intend to pay or you want to cry over a scratch etc. Once again the expensive part has been taken care of It runs and drives like the day it came off the assembly line Come see this car for yourself you won’t be disappointed, it gets looks, pictures and videos taken of it everywhere I go. Just had its major service a few months ago. I am selling it because we are building a new house and need the money for the project, I hate to see it go I have put 2000 miles on it in less than one year and it would be 6000 if I had more time to drive it. I have had a ton of questions since I listed the car so I thought I would add them to the description Titile - The Ferrari has a GREEN Oklahoma tilte not a RED one, its not a salvage title Does the car have frame damage or go down the road straight - The frame was not bent ony the front core support, the car goes down the road as straight as it did from the factory Would you take less - No, I do appreciate the offer but one sold (TOTALED) the other day for almost 30K, if I can’t get at least 35k out of it I will keep it and my Theater room will have to wait. The cheapest example of this car without a major would sell for 45K and then you need an 8K tune up. Those of us that know what this car is knows it’s a steal, you can see from the pictures I spent a ton of money in the engine compartment making it perfect. I drove it to work today and I was reminded why I love the car, anyone would be lucky to own it. Any CEL lights - No it runs perfect, but I understand why you asked it’s a good question. Why do you need to use the override switch to work the top – A sensor must have gone out the other day, it’s a cheap fix I just havent had the time to correct it. The top went up and down with the main switch until last week and it stopped working the top, the override works perfect and it goes up and down with no problem Will you trade for something - I appreciate the offer but if I sell it I just want to sell it.
