1940 Ford Pickup for sale. This truck has a 302 Ford V8, Walker radiator, Ford FMX automatic transmission and a 9" ford rear end. It has a mustang ll front end with power disc brakes, power rack, and tubular A arms, 15" tires with good tread and aluminum rims by Ultra. Interior has VDO instruments, all working , a new Glide Engineering seat, Vintage air and heat that works perfectly. There is a tilt column with turn signals. The truck is straight and rust free,floors are solid as are the fenders and cab. The paint is several years old, and has rock dings from the road. The bed is finished pine with painted metal strips. The original frame is rust free with solid workmanship. The rear is supported by parallel leaf springs. I have a new headliner kit from Dennis Carpenter Ford, just purchased, still in the box. I also will include two bucket seats that were removed to install the new bench seat. This is a very dependable truck and a driver. I've driven the truck over 10,000 miles in the past two years with no problems on the road. The engine is reliable doesn't smoke and starts and runs great. This is one you can get in and go.
