I purchased this bike in 2004 with approximately 13,000 miles on it, took it apart, replaced the engine seals,the regulator, and the stator, then thoroughly enjoyed it and drove it until summer of 2013. It has been kept in my garage. I have not been able to start it this summer, tried to troubleshoot it myself, and don't have time to spend further trying to fix it. New in the past couple of weeks in my attempts to get it going: NGK Spark Plug wires, NGK Spark plugs, and 2 Procon spark units. Battery is one year old. Engine turns over fine, but spark plugs not getting a spark. Local Honda dealership charges an arm and a leg for repairs of older bikes, so I am listing it rather than pay hundreds of $$ in Honda labor and high-priced OEM replacements to get it diagnosed and running. Engine occasionally drips oil when you take it up to the 65MPH range. Lights work but turn signals don't. Gas tank is in decent shape although there are some scratches on the right side. I have dropped the bike once from a standing still position- The bike weighs about 500 lbs.
