Vehicle Detail
Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE I’m a 1972 Buick Riviera with a 455Ci engine and I like to go fast. My owner says that I only have 30,479 miles. I also don’t have any rust and have never been in an accident. My interior is green with green carpet. I have power everything, Windows, Brakes, Power Seat, and Power steering and door locks. My other owners took really good care of me and I have won a few awards and have been in many parades. I’m always covered and my owner only takes me out twice a month. I have other accessories such as, a green bug guard, my original wheels, bumper heals and a set of bucket power seats, center console and a tilt steering wheel column. My owner bought theses items to convert the original seats to a sportier seat configuration, but the color of these items are black and would need to painted and reupholstered. My interior is in great shape and I don’t have any dash cracking. Now I’m 42 year old and do have some issues. My Air Conditioning compressor was noisy so my owner took the belt off to save my system from becoming contaminated. I have a 12 inch upholstery seam that separated on the driver’s seat. When my owner bought me I had a Holly 4 barrel carburetor which was not the original. So he bought a Rochester q-jet with matching numbers and had it rebuilt and replaced a missing solenoid. Since he doesn’t have a lot of time for me some other things may need to be done but nothing that I know of. Also the Holly 4 barrel comes with the sale. The clock stopped working a month ago and the trip meter reset button does not work. I want to go to a good home and my owner just does have time for me anymore. If you need more picture send my owner a note. Bucket Seats, center console and tilt wheel I bought a few years ago and had never put them in because I decided to keep it as original as possible. Now she’s not a new penny but I always turn heads when I drive her and she cleans up nice. The trunk has the original spare and jack and I have not seen any rust on this car. Note about the paint, if I was going to keep her I would repaint the front clip because the rest of the car was painted but not the clip. I got an estimate of 1500 from a local shop. To bring her up to show quality and would replace the interior carpet because there is some fading. I also have some original NOS heater hoses that I will throw in. I replace some fuel hoses not to long ago and she has had regular maintainence. Bumper heals if that what there are called are in great shape.
