1997 Toyota Supra TURBO Completely stock 169K Miles, Automatic, with Targa Top. I am selling this car with a clean NV title and I have title in hand. I am the 3rd owner have owned it a little over a year now. Mechanically the car is sound the engine runs great you can feel both turbos and you can hear them spool up as you accelerate, The timing belt/Waterpump and spark plugs were done 2 years when it had 146k miles. It has always had castrol synthetic motor oil. It always starts right up every morning never had an issue with it. Currently the check engine light is on, pulling code p1652 which is the Idle air control valve,($300 part) the car still seems to idle and drive fine with this warning but will need to be addressed for some people to pass smog. In my city we don't have smog so I just left it as is cause it runs just the same with or without it being fixed. The Body on this car is in decent shape it was repainted several years ago by the previous owner. As you can see from the pictures the paint still has a good shine to it. It has some rock chips and a crack on the front bumper, it also has 2 other cracks in the paint one right behind the passenger door and the other at the tail end on the passenger side both can be clearly seen in the pictures below. The interior is in better shape the seats look great dash is in tact no cracks or tears overall good condition inside. The radio is inoperable and will need replacement as well. Other than that the power windows, door locks, power mirrors, cruise control, AC, and heater all function properly. This also has the Targa top and it comes on and off without any problems and doesn't leak at all. I currently have this car insured for $25k if I was to get hit and the car was totaled that is the amount I would collect fortunately that never happend. Point is even in its current state it still holds full value to insurance companies and its worth much more than I'm asking. Obviously it's not perfect it has some issues but It's still a clean title. With a little work this can be the perfect daily driver or everyday racer. or if you don't mind some minor imperfections it can be driven as is for many years to come just like I have been driving it with no worries. This is the last of the Mark IV supras and I don't have to tell you how hard it is today to find a good running clean title supra turbo completely stock.
