GREAT PARTS CAR to complete your car 1987 Mercedes Benz 300 SDL Diesel 6 cyl. Turbo, 169,230 miles This car was "attacked" by my barn roof during Hurricane Sandy. The roof of my barn blew off and landed on the roof of the car. THIS IS NOT A FLOOD CAR. I have been looking for a great body and interior to put my engine and transmission in and my wife has gotten too impatient with me. My loss, your gain, happy wife! The engine is in very good running condition. The transmission has a small seal leak and the running gear is good. The car has many good body parts (side panels, electrical in good working order, sunroof in working order, power windows & mirrors, radio, good tires, good grill, excellent head liner, almost no rust anywhere, good trunk, bumpers and lens, etc.) You can hear the engine. Damaged to the car: The reason why this car is a PARTS CAR is because the roof got dented. Front hood got dented Broken windshield Broken back window Leather interior has some mold due to moisture getting into the car after it was covered up. Driver’s seat springs have sprung! I am selling the WHOLE car not parting it out. Engines that have sold on e-bay with more miles have gone for more money than I am selling the whole car.
