1960 T-Bird Convertible with a complete 60 parts car with fac a/c... This CA conv't came out of Modesto CA as a driver with a red paint job. (orig. white with red interior) Very minor rust which was mostly replaced, the older gentleman I got the car from started disassembling the car and was very good at taking pictures and making a binder and tagging everything. He unbolted the motor and trans but didn't pull. He bead blasted both doors and hood still in bare metal. He then proceeded to cut off the front fenders and front nose piece. leaving about a half inch border of old sheet metal left all the way around. Parts car has a rust free front group so the spot welds need to be drilled out and front group welded back on convertible. Then it will look and be complete again. All top mech is there and said to have worked. The metal flip tray that extends out when top is down is perfect shape. Dash has been redone as with interior years ago good enough for a driver... It is a power window car with factory a/c set up as pic of dash shows. All in all this is an awesome car. Needs to be reassembled and finished sanding and prime. There is a ton of extra parts the entire trunk is full of parts and very nice shape he collected I believe there is 6 taillight assemblies, rear corner top of fins pot metal pieces a whole bundle of them, all manuals for a/c and one on the entire car. Comes with a fresh re-chromed front bumper and the bumper off parts car is near perfect could use for a nice driver, both rear bumpers are nice too... Its sad but I could probably part all this out for a lot more than what I will get keeping it whole...Windshield is perfect as with the parts car... all other glass is nice all power windows work except RH rear quarter window, don't know if its the switch contact or what.
