Payment Methods Cash in person, certified check, Bank wire transfers, cashier checks, all funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid. Call us for more information. Deposit The successful high bidder will submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 1-business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Payment of Balance Due The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. We accept up to $500 with credit cards or PayPal including deposit. Additional Fees and Taxes Per our State regulations and company policy, tax and registration fees will be charged to US residence (in accordance to their state and county). Export vehicles are exempt from tax and registration fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. Shipping The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company for more information. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company. Perfect car for the summer
This convertible is in great shape, and works perfectly, it is in perfect mechanical and electrical condition. Everything works including power soft-top.
The exterior is gorgeous, looks much newer than many much newer cars. I did found several dings on the passenger door, and a light scuff on the front driver side bumper, but otherwise the exterior Oxford Green is flawless. The soft top is new condition.
No water leaks (I should know, I drove it through a rain storm while taking it home for the night, no water leaks, although it didn't stop me from getting all wet walking from the car to my house)
The interior is also in excellent condition, especially when you consider that its a 2001 model year vehicle. The leather seat do show minimal wear, but again it is a pre owned vehicle and should show some wear. There is a small damage in the rear right side seat which was patched (please view pictures). Everything in this vehicle works great, including power driver side memory seat, power passenger seat, power mirror, radio.
On the gauges the only warning light is of the air bag light, my mechanic checked it out and it should be as simple as clearing up the codes. Air bags wasn't deployed, this vehicle was never involved in an accident.
This vehicle is equipped with premium package which adds, leather seats (otherwise they come with leatherette), driver memory seat, and garage door opener.

It really is a gorgeous car and in my opinion a lot of car for the money.
Equipped with BMW unique configuration 2.5L in line 6 cylinder engine, BMW is one of the only auto manufactures that prefer to use in line 6 cylinder engines on V6 engines. There are many advantages to a in line 6 engine as most of the horsepower and torque is received in low rpm which result in better MPG, and reliability, another reason is weight distribution. BMW is known for its obsession for 50/50 weight distribution.
One of my favorite options in this convertible are the 5 speed manual transmission, if you are a fan of BMW you know exactly what I mean. It is so much fun to drive this car, almost addictive.
I used this car for several days before it was offered for sale, and found it to be an excellent driving machine, or better said the Ultimate Driving Machine.
No warning lights, engine works perfect, transmission, the clutch, soft top operation, electrical systems. Everything works just fine. I drove this car around town with a big smile on my face, especially with the soft-top down enjoying South Florida weather, and the perfect manual transmission. No out of the ordinary road noise, steering is firm and accurate, this car is very steady, doesn't pull to either side. Well balanced, well maintained by the previous owner.

Payment Methods
Cash in person, certified check, Bank wire transfers, cashier checks, all funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid. Call us for more information.
Deposit
The successful high bidder will submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 1-business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.
Payment of Balance Due
The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
We accept up to $500 with credit cards or PayPal including deposit.
Additional Fees and Taxes
Per our State regulations and company policy, tax and registration fees will be charged to US residence (in accordance to their state and county). Export vehicles are exempt from tax and registration fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company for more information. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.
