This is a stock 1988 CRX Si. The car has 4 nearly new Michelin Pilot Exalto tires (9/32" tread remaining on the rear, 8/32" on the front) with a fresh 4 wheel alignment. The car has some minor rust around the rocker panels and the sunroof (see pictures) but is very solid overall. There are some scratches and imperfections in the paint as you would expect for a car this age. The car runs and drives as a CRX should. The sunroof works just fine. The clutch is fairly new (Exedy OEM style clutch) and the transmission shifts flawlessly but there is a "growl" coming from the input shaft bearing, which should probably be replaced soon. Also, the temperature gauge fluctuates occasionally (goes toward "cold") at high RPM which suggests that the head gasket should also probably be replaced. It's been doing this since I bought the car 35,000 miles ago and it has never overheated. The temperature control is cracked as is common with these cars, but it does not affect its operation. Repair kits are available on eBay. Although the car was originally equipped with A/C, it has been removed. The only "non-stock" items on this car are the radio and the later "teardrop" style wheels instead of the "sawblades" that were stock on the 1988 models. Also the "Si" logo on the back is a raised decal as normally appears on later cars rather than the flat sticker. Overall, this is a fine example of an unmolested CRX. The car is being sold as-is, where-is with no reserve. Thanks for looking and good luck!
