Vehicle Detail
Selling my nearly complete 72 cb350 project to put a down payment on my next project, a house. relisting because the winning bidder bailed on buying. 1972 CB350 WITH CLEAR TITLE IN HAND!!! I purchased it not running last fall stripped it down and built it back up. it has new Exhaust Seat battery Rears springs Avon tires turnsignals stop light the tank has been kreamed and treated carbs have been cleaned and rejetted and have new gaskets, new headlight rim and mounts new k&N air filters footpegs new front & rear Sprockets and chain bearings in rear wheel all new cables fuel lines & fuel filters. petcock handlebars & grips 7 mirrors among a bunch of other new springs and bolts I trimmed down the fenders and other odds & ends taking 30 pounds off the original weight including taking off things including the rear foot pegs and such. I have a bunch of left overs I'll throw in. I barely road it around, I put maybe 15 miles on it in the city. it feels pretty fun and fast after riding my 09 g650gs. its rideable but not 100% perfect. the carbs need to be set. i would recommend this bike for someone who knows their way around a bike. the clutch cable needs some adjustment and some other tweaks here and there but I don't think anything major. after sitting under a cover (included) rust spots are showing on the rims and top of the forks. the rust looks ugly but could be cleaned up with some sandpaper clear coat & TLC I had the Points done by a mechanic as well as had the wiring harness looked over. the electric starter works as does the kick start. if its been sitting it takes some patience to get it going. I purchased most parts off dimecitycycles.com in Florida. They Rock! Bike is sold as is. I know these are cheaper to buy then to build. I will lose money but need some down payment cash for our first home. more pics in the link below https://plus.google.com/photos/11595...CJC697KWh4qSNw
