The bike runs good and is a true survivor. I’ve had the bike for about 2 years now and am selling it because I bought a new Harley Davidson. I would rate the bike as an 8 out of 10 based on condition of other 900F’s that I have seen for sale. The bike is completely stock except for the mirrors. The paint does have some scratches but nothing major. All the plastic is in perfect condition without any cracks and all side cover tabs are in place. Engine: The carbs were overhauled last fall along with a new seat cover and valve cover gasket and the values adjusted at that time. The previous owner removed the center stand because the spring holding up the center stand had broken and he didn’t know how to change it. But, yet he figured out how to remove it but could figure out hoe the fix it. Anyway it will need a center stand, which can be bought off eBay for about $20.00. Someone asked about rust on the frame near the center stand. There is no rust on the frame anywhere and I included pictures of the frame area where center stand bolts on. The owner simply removed it and never gave it to me when I bought the bike. There are some scratches on the side engine cover as seen in the picture so I believe the bike had been tipped over at some point in it’s life. But, there are on scratches on the exhaust, blinker or foot pegs that would indicate the bike had been laid down. The exhaust has some rust where the mufflers meet the header as seen in the picture The mileage may change as I’m still driving the bike on the weekdays. Some of the pictures make the bike look like it has big scratches on the gas take, these are not scratches but reflections of light from the camera.
