Terms & Conditions Deposit: a 500 dollar non refundable deposit must be paid by paypal or wire transfer within 24 hours of auction end. Items will not be available for pickup or shipping until full payment is received and cleared by our local bank. Buyer has 7 days to pay in full either by bank wire transfer, mailing check, or cash in person. Customer has 30 days from end of sale to pick up or make arrangments with me to have the vehicle stored. All items are sold AS IS with no warranty of any kind unless specified in the ad. We reserve the right to remove any listing due to on site sales. We also require that bidders internationally or with feedback score of zero contact us.Fee and Tax Information: Customer pays sales tax and registration in the state they are from, we do not collect it. The deposit is non refundable, by backing out of the deal, you willingly forfeit the deposit. I bought this truck from the previous owner from Dunkerton Iowa (south west Iowa) who has owned the truck since new. I received it with a iowa red title which designates that it was for farm use. I had the title registered in my name as a current, clean standard iowa title ready for you to register it in any state. He stored it indoors in 1981 and sold it to me this last fall. When i got the truck home, i primed the carb and the truck fired right up. I rebuilt the master cylnder and replaced the bad brake lines. I hooked up a auxillary gas tank as the original tank should be cleaned before using. I adjusted the carburator and it ran and drove like a dream. The truck goes down the road as the video shows at 50 mph true. It shifts all three manual gears and reverse the way it should. the clutch worked the way it should. All of the guages work including the gas guage and speedo. The truck stops like it should. The headlights are disconnected and the truck is still a 6 volt system. The engine runs smooth with no knocks, misses or smoke. The interior has the original paint still on the dash and doors. I added new door panels and kick panels in the truck. It had some rust in the floor but it has been repaired(see video and pics) The seat is original with the original cover (see pic) We put a seat cover on it for the video and pictures that goes with the truck. The windows go up and down and the doors open and shut the way they should (as video shows) All of the glass is there but some have cracks (rear window etc, easy reasonable replacment available through LMC Trucks) It has had a older repaint over 20 years ago and I could not find any body putty etc used. What you see the metal looks like in the pics and video is what it is. (very minimal rust) . The box has a sheet of metal over the orginal wood (see pictures) The wheels were painted cream and the bumper and grill were painted chrome, other wise the rest of the body was untouched and exactly how I found it. This will make some one a very fun daily driver that you can have a blast with while doing some minor adjustments or you can take it to the next level. I do not want to overcall this truck or undercall it as it is a 62 year old truck. Let the video, pictures, and description tell the story.
