1979 PONTIAC TRANS AM Very well cared for Nocturne Blue T-Top Trans Am. This car was purchased from a restoration shop in Georgia in 2002. It now has a clear Wisconsin title. In 2013 the engine was rebuilt by a shop in Appleton Wisconsin and has very few miles on the rebuild. It has been a very dependable car for sunny day drives and has not been in the rain or winters since I purchased it. The car has been stored with very little summer driving so I am downsizing. The car has A/C (not the best), T-Tops, deluxe interior, and WS6 handling package. The stereo is a date correct model with an MP3 port installed. Other than the stereo, the car is stock and original. The interior is very nice (8/10) with no major flaws. The exterior is also very nice (7/10) with some minor chips and nicks but no major issues. It is not a show car, but presents very well when we have gone to drive-in shows. The mileage is unknown as the car has had changes and I cannot verify the true mileage. As stated, I drive the car about 200 miles per year and it always starts up right away and drives great. I bought the car to drive and enjoy on nice days. It is not perfect, but it is as close as I wanted so that I can drive it and not be worried. I am happy to answer any questions within reason but I am not a mechanic and do not have any skills in that area. The car is located near Appleton, Wisconsin and my preference is that a buyer inspect the car. There is a well respected car shop in Sherwood (Zero to 60) that has done minor work on the car and can give a buyer (at their expense) a full report if needed. Shipping is at the buyer's expense and all I will commit to is meeting the driver for pick-up. I am setting the starting price and reserve low with the hope that the market will determine the sale price. I am not interested in trades as I have a full storage of cars already.
