Vehicle runs, has new battery and good rubber. Vehicle did not pass inspection because it needs a brake line, tie rod end and license plate light. The body has some rust spots, but nothing very bad. Air conditioning does not work and neither does the rear defroster. One of the power wires for the rear defroster is not connected to the window. That may be an easy fix. There is also a hole in the exhaust pipe that has been repaired. Has new battery and tires are only 1 year old. Feel free to ask any other questions you have.
